Crashes upon starting - over a year has passed without a fix for that

The app was great when it worked and did not crash upon opening. It did what it was supposed to and kept your stored charts and birth data complete with settings. However, over a year has passed since Ive been able to open the app without it crashing and not allowing you to use it. If youre going to dare charge people for an app, you have the obligation to keep it up to date. Disastrous experience.
